The 1808 Cushing House and the 1690 Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm stand within two and a half miles of one another but each have their own tales to tell of Newburyport's maritime heyday. Tour the Cushing House, then visit SPL Farm for a candle-light tour and refreshments.

The tour begins at Lowell?s Boat Shop, the oldest operating boat shop in America, and strolls down ?the shore? to enjoy houses from the 18th century to the present.
